#40 ; Cookies

As promised, I will blog about my cookies baking on 22 August - 23 August. LOL, it's not exactly one day. Just that I start at night and finished it around 1am. Photobucket Took me almost 4 hours to complete it ! Was v v v v shag yesterday b'coz I only slept less than 5 hours. It was totally draining :/ But it's all worth it ~ The outcome was great , just that wasn't that awesome. There is always room for improvement. So I must be happy! ^^ Hohoho ~ Just that, my first bake was totally distracous. Well, let me show you all the photos taken that day while baking Photobucket Hopefully my Bboy♥ loves the cookies I made. Oh well ~ (: Let's not talk so much, I shall show you my process nowwwww !!

Ingredients for the day, :>

Step 1: Room temperature butter into the Biscuit Premix. 

Step 2: Mix them together until like that, knead them into dough.

Step 3: My first batch of cookies, test test trial only. 

HAHAHA, my first batch of plaincookies. 
Totally burnt until like dark chocolate , called Eustacia immediately. 
Silly me, didn't switch on Convection Bake so my cookies INSTANTLY burnt! :/

My second batch of plain cookies, a bit burnt. 
Taste is quite hard, but it's successful (:

Chocolate chips cookies, yet to put in the oven.

 Baking in process ~ Dum Dum Di Di Dum Dum ~ 

My third batch of cookies.
Taste, still hard , but definitely softer than my second batch. 
The chocolate chips are soooo delicious. 

My fourth batch of cookies.
Taste, getting soft! Nice smell, you know! Totally in love with them already. 
Cos it's finally successful, 170 degrees and 16 minutes. ;D

Taste, SOFT & AWESOME! :D
Yeah, it's definitely hard but it's really nice when you put in your mouth.
The smell is also supaaa strong & of course, delicious~ (: Woot, successful !!! (Y)

#48 ; Pokemon

Pokémon has grown up with me. It has been more than 10 over years since Pokémon appeared on TV. Well, probably you can guess that I am going to blog about Pokémon . I do remember watching them on TV to my dad, me and my brother playing the games to me stopped watching. Seasons after seasons, movies after movies. It's been such a long time since I made time to give an actual proper post. Jan and Feb have all gone by and we are already in Mar. I know right. Every single day, time sure is flying so quickly.
